The mission of UCBN is to ensure that Antioch and all East County residents have the opportunity to live in a safe, clean environment, be educated in schools that afford them the greatest learning opportunity free from fear and intimidation, have the ability to take advantage of our amenities and work in harmony with our cities, county, state and federal leadership to maximize our cities’ potential.
